In-Situ Quantum Metrology for Swarm Nano-Fabrication Quality Assurance at the Limit This exploratory research monograph investigates whether quantum-enabled and classical in-situ measurements can improve the physical verification of nano-fabricated products and multi-agent assembly processes. The proposed three-coupling is In-Situ Signal × Defect Localization × Independent Acceptance. Its central question is not whether a sensor or artificial-intelligence model can generate a persuasive quality score, but whether an independently verifiable instrument chain can correctly detect, localize, and adjudicate real defects during manufacture, at acceptable cost, uncertainty, latency, and risk.

AI CLOSED-LOOP QUANTUM-NANO FABRICATION AND VERIFICATION AT THE LIMIT Physical Observation × Bounded Decision × Verified Closure This research monograph develops an exploratory engineering architecture for the use of artificial intelligence in nanofabrication workflows where physical evidence, authorization, quality verification, and recovery must remain distinct. Its fundamental claim is modest but consequential: a model-generated recipe proposal should not become an executable manufacturing instruction merely because an optimization objective improved. Every proposed intervention requires a declared physical operating domain, a traceable observation chain, explicit authority, resource and risk bounds, independent verification, and a recoverable failure pathway.
