Prognostic significance of androgen receptor expression in breast cancer patients undergoing neoadjuvant chemotherapy
Moderate-to-strong AR expression may be associated with improved DFS in patients treated with NACT, especially in those with incomplete pathological response, and the potential of AR as a prognostic biomarker and therapeutic target is highlighted, warranting validation in prospective studies.
