Microfluidic-assisted formulation of hydrophobic ion pairing-Based solid lipid nanoparticles for semaglutide delivery.

The combination of DOTAP-mediated hydrophobic ion pairing and microfluidic-assisted SLN production represents a potentially promising strategy for improving semaglutide encapsulation, gastrointestinal stability, and epithelial transport, while maintaining a favorable balance between mucus interaction and mucodiffusion.
