Multi-omics profiling reveals convergent adaptation of urinary Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolates

This study shows that P. aeruginosa undergoes coordinated metabolic and phenotypic changes that promote survival in the urinary environment, supporting convergent adaptation to the low-iron urinary environment.
