Scale Partitioning by Incremental Nested Entropy: A Measure-Oriented Theory of Multiscale Structure

This work introduces Scale Partitioning by Incremental Nested Entropy (SPINE), a deterministic framework that identifies scale structure without these inputs and applies to geometric, categorical, network, spectral, and dynamical measures.
