PALS: Percentile-Aware Layerwise Sparsity for LLM Pruning

PALS (Percentile-Aware Layerwise Sparsity), which adjusts per-layer sparsity based on the 99th percentile of activation magnitudes, bounded to $\pm 5\%$ around the target ratio, is proposed.
