The main aim of this development is to optimize and prove suitability of a new liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for quantitatively analyzing 3-amino-N-nitrosopiperidine (NTPA) in Alogliptin Benzoate (AGP), achieving detectable response and quantifiable response value.
