Three-dimensional in vitro models for assessing temozolomide sensitivity in glioblastoma.

Three-dimensional culture systems, including tumor spheroids and organoids, are emphasized, which more effectively recapitulate tumor architecture, cell-cell interactions, and drug penetration gradients than conventional two-dimensional models.
