DevelopmentODE: Structured Neural ODEs for Early Brain Development Dynamics Across a Decade

A structured continuous-time framework that organizes population- and subject-specific variation within a shared developmental geometry while allowing the governing dynamics to evolve with age is proposed, which consistently outperforms competing baselines across short- and long-horizon predictions.

Fast Submillimeter Whole‐Brain T2*‐Weighted Imaging Using 3D‐EPI With CAIPIRINHA and Deep‐Learning Denoising at 3T

A segmented 3D echo planar imaging sequence is evaluated based on a segmented 3D echo planar imaging (3D‐EPI) sequence, accelerated with 2D Controlled Aliasing in Parallel Imaging Results in Higher Acceleration (CAIPIRINHA) undersampling and denoised with a deep learning‐based network.
