Remimazolam in older surgical patients: postoperative delirium, hemodynamic stability, and mechanistic considerations
Current evidence supports individualized use rather than routine selection of remimazolam for delirium prevention, and the relatively consistent hemodynamic advantage of remimazolam should be regarded separately from neurocognitive benefit.
