Chain Mediation of Psychological Capital and Burnout Between Nurses’ Artificial Intelligence Literacy and Occupational Resilience: A Cross‐Sectional Study

Investigating the impact of nurses’ artificial intelligence literacy on their occupational resilience and examining the chain mediating effects of psychological capital and burnout found nurses’ artificial intelligence literacy was significantly positively correlated with occupational resilience.

Cross‐Cultural Applicability and Application of the Nursing Leaders’ Readiness for Artificial Intelligence Scale: A Cross‐Sectional Study

The Chinese‐version scale demonstrated good reliability and validity and can effectively assess AI readiness among Chinese nursing managers, providing a standard measurement tool for Chinese hospitals to check how ready their nursing managers are for AI.
