Structural and biophysical insights into the unique RNase YicC

This study provides overall insight into the novel cleavage mechanism of the highly conserved family of YicC-like endoribonucleases, which can bind RNA hairpin structures and dimeric conformations with appropriate sequence and structural constraints.
