AAV delivered lysosome-targeting chimeras mediate sustained antibody depletion in vivo

This work developed genetically-encoded lysosome targeting chimeras (GELYTACs) that target circulating IgGs for clearance and degradation and establishes GELYTACs as a possible therapeutic modality that is deliverable using genetic medicine approaches.
