Comparative analysis of adverse events following immunization with DTaP vaccine in children before and after immunization schedule adjustment

The DTaP schedule adjustment did not increase overall AEFIs rates, while local induration decreased, and the primary series (doses 1–4) showed a trend toward improved safety.
