Comparative effectiveness of dual antiplatelet therapy after revascularization in diabetes and chronic limb-threatening ischemia: a target trial emulation study.

It is suggested that aspirin plus cilostazol may be a favorable DAPT strategy for long-term outcomes in this population of patients with diabetes and CLTI undergoing lower-extremity revascularization, and further prospective randomized trials are warranted to verify.

Lack of association between cadmium exposure and risk of diabetes: A longitudinal study from the Chang Gung Research Database.

B baseline U-Cd levels were not independently associated with new-onset diabetes in this large longitudinal Asian cohort, suggesting that chronic Cd exposure may not be a significant risk factor for diabetes in this population.
