Mitochondrial defects in the cAMP-PKA-DRP1 pathway in a Crppa deletion model of dystroglycanopathy

It is suggested that CRPPA deficiency is associated with mitochondrial dysfunction involving the cAMP-PKA-DRP1 axis, suggesting a candidate pathway warranting further investigation for DGPs.
