Emergence hemodynamic changes and postoperative outcomes in hypertensive patients receiving antihypertensive therapy undergoing general anesthesia: an observational study
Antihypertensive medication count did not predict perioperative hemodynamic instability, whereas intraoperative blood pressure status was strongly associated with modulation requirement and postoperative adverse events.
