Tunable Expression of an AAV Payload Using ADAR-mediated RNA Editing

The utility of an adenosine deaminase acting on RNA (ADAR) - mediated gene switch to control AAV-delivered gene expression is demonstrated and ADAR-mediated RNA editing may be a valuable tool for tunable expression of therapeutic transgenes in applied gene therapies.
