Three-dimensional echocardiography permits comprehensive and accurate evaluation of right ventricular (RV) function, offering a reliable noninvasive method for assessing RV-PA coupling and may serve as valuable noninvasive markers for risk stratification and disease monitoring in PAH without intracardiac shunts.
