MEDIAL PATELLOFEMORAL LIGAMENT SURGERY IN THE PEDIATRIC POPULATION: A LITERATURE REVIEW ON THE CURRENT STATE OF THE ART
It is suggested that MPFL reconstruction is an appropriate treatment option for recurrent patellar dislocation in skeletally immature patients, yielding significant improvements in patient-reported outcomes and demonstrating a markedly low rate of redislocation at follow-up.
