OTTP provides a reproducible protocol and benchmark for hindsight-defined trajectory-prefix cumulative-cost prediction on offline safe-RL logs. The primary endpoint is Step catastrophic AUPRC. The archive contains code, result tables, run records, and split and preprocessing artifacts.
