Geometric and Visual SLAM: The accuracy of modern handheld LiDAR scanners

It is concluded that while the fusion of visual and geometric SLAM is powerful, a stable RTK fix remains critical for achieving consistent surveygrade accuracy with current low-cost handheld scanners.
