Nanomaterials-enabled point-of-care diagnostics for pathogens
The functional roles of representative nanomaterials in pathogen POCT, including optical signal output, catalytic signal amplification, target enrichment, and interfacial regulation are summarized, and their applications in respiratory, urinary, and fecal specimens are discussed.
