Voice-Controlled Smart Notice Board Using IoT for Smart Educational Campuses

Experimental evaluation indicates that the proposed system reduces notice publication time by nearly 90 percent compared with manual methods, achieves a mean speech recognition accuracy above 85 percent under normal classroom conditions, eliminates recurring paper costs, and supports multilingual communication.
