Exploring the influence of generative artificial intelligence on job satisfaction in SMEs: insights from managers

The findings revealed that security and privacy, ethical use, perceived GenAI value and available resources significantly enhance managerial job satisfaction, in contrast to ease of use, expectation confirmation and social influence, which were not statistically significant.
