Amphiphilic Semisynthetic Triterpenoids Impair Survival Pathways and Suppress Clonogenic Growth in Multidrug-Resistant High-Risk Neuroblastoma
Functional studies revealed that the ursolic acid derivative 7 induces complete suppression of clonogenic growth at low micromolar concentrations in both HTLA ER and parental HTLA 230 NB cells, suggesting that compound 7 could kill cancer cells via a non-apoptotic, bioenergetic collapse mechanism.
