Evaluation of retinal layers following pars plana vitrectomy in idiopathic and diabetic epiretinal membrane.

Although most retinal segmentation parameters showed similar postoperative changes in both idiopathic epiretinal membrane and diabetic epiretinal membrane, diabetic epiretinal membrane eyes demonstrated greater impairment of outer retinal biomarkers.
