Melandryoside attenuates steatohepatitis and fibrosis by restoring PPM1A-mediated SMAD signaling termination

Findings identify melandryoside as a bioactive constituent of Melandrii Herba and suggest that regulation of PPM1A-SMAD signaling may represent a potential therapeutic strategy for MASH.
