Screening for obstructive sleep apnoea in the general population in Iceland and uptake of positive airway pressure treatment: a prospective cohort study
Among those with moderate-to-severe OSA identified through population screening, most accepted evaluation and PAP treatment, with approximately half becoming long-term users, suggesting that population-based detection of OSA followed by routine clinical management is feasible.
