Quantifying extra‐lesional interhemispheric cortical asymmetry in focal cortical dysplasia type II

It is discovered that individuals with FCDII display altered structural cortical interhemispheric asymmetries in intensity, volume, and surface area compared to healthy volunteers, with each FCDII subtype exhibiting a distinct pattern of disrupting the natural asymmetries.

Gastric Cancer Incidence in Iran: Trends and Projections to 2030 based on Global Burden of Disease 2021 Estimates

From 1990 to 2021, Iran saw nearly a twofold increase in new GC instances; however, the age-standardized incidence rate (ASIR) significantly fell, and the most significant decreases were observed in the northwestern provinces and among females.
