Epigenetic profiling of circulating cell-free DNA for early detection and minimal residual disease assessment in lung cancer: a focus on DNA methylation
The biological and clinical relevance of the epigenetic landscape of cfDNA in LC patients is explored, particularly focusing on DNA methylation-based biomarkers and their evolving applications towards early diagnosis and post-surgical monitoring of minimal residual disease (MRD).
