A tumor cell membrane-coated, acid-degradable hollow calcium-manganese nanoplatform loaded with gefitinib for combined redox modulation and antitumor immune activation is developed, providing a biomimetic nanotherapeutic strategy for NSCLC chemoimmunotherapy.
