PL-Guard: Probabilistic Logic Reasoning for LLM Guardrails

Results suggest that separating neural grounding from probabilistic symbolic reasoning can expose the safety-helpfulness tradeoff while making the guardrail's intermediate reasoning steps explicit and auditable.
