Multiplicative Optimism for Constant Regret in Games

This work introduces Multiplicatively Optimistic Regret Matching (MORM), an uncoupled learning rule for finite general-sum games that combines a potential-based regret-matching argument with multiplicative stability and Hellinger control of strategy movement.
