Objective: To analyze mortality from neoplasia maligna do pâncreas in Brazil by five-year period, sociodemographic profile, place of death, and territorial distribution, from 2010 to 2024. Methods: Ecological study using Mortality Information System data. ICD-10 codes C25 were included. Deaths were grouped into 2010–2014, 2015–2019, and 2020–2024; unknown values were proportionally redistributed. Frequencies, proportions, and percentage changes were calculated. Results: There were 158.431 deaths. The total changed from 40.994 to 64.407, a 57,11% variation. The female sex, age group total_46, and race/skin-color category Branca predominated. In the last period, 3 Região Sudeste accounted for 31.817 deaths. Patterns differed across regions and states. Conclusion: The findings reveal changing magnitude and sociodemographic and territorial inequalities, supporting cause-specific prevention, timely diagnosis, comprehensive care, and improved mortality information.
