Optimal geometric inequalities and fully nonlinear conformal flows

We establish sharp Sobolev-type geometric inequalities on $\mathbb{S}^n$ involving the total $\sigma_k$-curvatures $\int_{\mathbb{S}^n}\sigma_k(g)\,dv_g$.
