Functional Recovery in Refractory Lower‐Limb Complex Regional Pain Syndrome Following KAFO‐Assisted Rehabilitation: A Longitudinal Case Report

A function‐oriented approach to advanced CRPS is supported and it is suggested that orthosis‐assisted rehabilitation may contribute to functional and neurophysiological recovery in selected complex patients.
