Transcriptomic signatures as biomarkers for the progression of mild cognitive impairment

Next-generation sequencing is utilized to elucidate alterations in RNA expression within peripheral blood mononuclear cells associated with the progression of Mild cognitive impairment and identifies CDHR5 and HIF1A as promising candidate transcriptomic biomarkers associated with MCI progression.
