Learned Pairwise Deep Dual-Optimal Inequalities for Stabilizing Column Generation

This work introduces learned pairwise deep dual-optimal inequalities (L-PDDOIs), a learning framework that predicts pairwise orderings between dual variables and incorporates their primal counterparts directly into the master problem.
