Cohomology and extensions of Novikov algebras of truncated polynomials

Let $\kk$ be a \emph{field of characteristic $p>0$, not assumed algebraically closed}, and let $V=\kk[x]/(x^p)$ be the Novikov algebra with product $a\circ b=ab'$.
