The Bifurcated Speckle Network is introduced, a hybrid deep learning architecture that merges empirical data training with analytical physical models to mitigate noise artifacts of undersampled speckle measurements in RSSI and accelerates accurate flow parameter estimation for continuous biological monitoring.
