A benzothiazole-based fluorescent probe for rapid spectroscopic detection of cysteine and bioimaging in cells and zebrafish.

Results indicate that HBT-D provides a simple fluorescence method for Cys detection in biological systems and exhibited low cytotoxicity and was successfully used for fluorescence imaging of Cys in HeLa cells and zebrafish.

Development of a ratiometric fluorescent probe for selective detection and bioimaging of hydrogen peroxide in HeLa cells and zebrafish.

A carbazole-based ratiometric fluorescent probe, KD-H2O2, was designed and synthesized for the selective detection of H2O2 and exhibited excellent sensing properties, including a broad pH tolerance range and favorable biocompatibility and low cytotoxicity.
