Association between systemic inflammation and long-term mortality in emergency department patients with severe hypertension
Highlights • Inflammatory markers were associated with 3-year mortality in severe hypertension.• NLR and SII showed linear associations; LMR, PLR, and CRP were nonlinear.• CRP showed the highest AUC, but overall discrimination was modest.
