A COGNITIVE MODEL FOR ANALYSING AND MONITORING TEAM PERFORMANCE IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT: PART 2
The results show that the conceptual model can be translated into a software solution, providing a basis for developing a functional application that supports project managers in monitoring cognitive load and making decisions about team management.
