Contralesional LF-rTMS provides a statistically significant but modest improvement in post-stroke upper-limb motor recovery, and exploratory within-trial biomarker-stratified analyses suggested larger effects in participants with preserved CST integrity or positive motor-evoked potential (MEP) status.
