Diurnal variation in left atrial pressure in ambulatory patients with chronic heart failure.

Using direct ambulatory intracardiac LAP monitoring, consistent diurnal variation with higher evening pressures was observed, largely unchanged by diuretic dose or dosing schedule, atrial fibrillation, or association with ADHF events.
