Enhanced CPFA video denoising: multi-scale feature distillation with deformable residual adaptation

Experimental results on synthetic and real CPFA video datasets show that the proposed algorithm achieves competitive performance in terms of the objective evaluation metrics and the subjective assessment of visual quality.
