Oligosaccharide adjuvant-deferred antigen endocytosis promotes cross-presentation

It is demonstrated that temporally coordinating cellular activation and antigen uptake by an acetyl hexasaccharide effectively enhances antigen cross-presentation in a subcutaneous B16 ovalbumin-expressing melanoma model.
