Discovery of β-carboline derivatives as potent STAT3 dual phosphorylation inhibitor for hepatocellular carcinoma treatment.

Results indicate compound 18 as a promising STAT3 dual phosphorylation inhibitor for HCC treatment, designed and synthesized via structural modification of the β-carboline scaffold.
