Pixel-level image analysis method based on lightweight local dilated convolution

The Local Dilated Convolution module and its lightweight variant, Ghost-LDC are introduced and it is shown that LDC-based modules can improve performance in some tested dense prediction settings, while the semantic segmentation results are more configuration-sensitive.
